Stefanie Wild is an initiative-taking and results-driven HR executive with over 15 years of experience in human resources, sales, and procurement, and more than 5 years in senior leadership roles. She is passionate about leadership, innovation, and driving continuous improvement in HR. Currently, Stefanie holds the position of Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Evonik Industries AG, a leading global specialty chemicals company with more than 33,000 employees. In this role, Stefanie is responsible for leading talent acquisition strategies across more than 100 countries, managing a high performing team, and working closely with key partners to implement cutting-edge HR technologies.

Throughout her career, Stefanie has held key roles at major companies where she led talent management initiatives and developed innovative strategies to identify and nurture high-potential employees. She also gained valuable experience at a headhunting company, specializing in executive search and recruitment consulting.

Passionate about leadership and continuous professional development, Stefanie is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of HR professionals and contributing to the ongoing evolution of the HR field.
