Rekha is also an DE&I evangelist, demonstrating her commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment and provides coaching and mentoring to budding professionals to adorn leadership roles.
She holds a master’s degree in business management from the University of Madras and is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. She is passionate about Learning & Development and is a certified SHRM SCP as well as GPHR Professional and is a DDI certified facilitator.
