Aditya Pal Singh is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with over 23 years of experience in multicultural and matrix environments. His career spans consulting and multinational corporations, focusing on global talent acquisition. Aditya has designed and deployed Talent Acquisition strategies to meet organizational growth needs and ensured their effective execution. He has extensive experience setting up recruitment processes and developing recruitment tools and technology, while also building and managing recruitment teams and enhancing recruiter capabilities through various interventions.
Aditya holds an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (Batch of 2000) and is currently pursuing a PhD. His specialties include talent acquisition, talent strategy, technical recruitment, workforce planning, employer branding, mentorship, vendor management, stakeholder management, and HR service delivery.
He is a visiting faculty member at IIMs, IITs, and other leading engineering and management institutions, where he teaches topics such as workforce of the future, design thinking, HR analytics, Industry 4.0, and stakeholder management. Aditya is also a keynote speaker, panelist, and moderator at global forums including GWFM, NHRD, People Matters and more.
