Introducing Pulse 2.0
We’re excited to announce the release of Vantage Pulse 2.0, which is designed to help businesses improve their operational efficiency and decision-making processes.
With Vantage Pulse 2.0, we’ve completely revamped the product from the ground up, incorporating customer feedback and our team’s expertise to create a more intuitive, flexible, and powerful platform that meets the needs of businesses of all sizes and industries.
Pulse Surveys vs. Annual Surveys vs. Spot Surveys
Pulse surveys, annual surveys, and spot surveys are three types of employee feedback mechanisms organizations can use to gather information on employee opinions, satisfaction, and engagement.
Pulse surveys are shorter and more frequent surveys conducted regularly (e.g., weekly, monthly, or quarterly) to capture real-time employee feedback. They are usually focused on a specific topic or question and are designed to assess employee sentiment and identify potential areas for improvement quickly. Pulse surveys capture real-time feedback, identify emerging issues, and monitor changes over time.
Annual surveys are longer, and more comprehensive surveys conducted once a year to gather a more detailed and holistic picture of employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall experience. Annual surveys are useful for measuring long-term trends and benchmarking.
Spot surveys are ad-hoc surveys conducted as required to address specific issues or concerns. They are often used to gather feedback on a particular event, project, or initiative and are designed to provide quick and actionable insights.
Here are some key features and enhancements of Vantage Pulse 2.0:
1. Enhanced Data Visualization– An all-new user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate and has more analytical parameters added to the dashboard.
2. Pre-Built and Customizable Templates– The Admin can choose from the wide range of predefined templates or can add new or customized questions to your survey. However, we recommend choosing our standard questions because benchmarking is only available in standard questions and not in custom questions. Benchmarking will show you how your organization compares to competitors across geography and industry.
3. Automated Pulse Surveys– The HR Admin can create and choose the type of survey and decide the duration (monthly, quarterly) & the frequency (daily, weekly, bi-weekly).
4. Segments– Under this section, the HR Admin can view the category-wise engagement score via the department, the cities, and the genders that participated in the survey.
Employee Experience Cycle– With pulse, HR admins can look into and understand your organization’s basic and micro aspects that affect employee experiences and workplace culture. You can track employee engagement at each stage of the lifecycle, thus impacting the next step.
Anonymous Feedback–– The Admin can reach out to employees to follow up on the feedback they have provided on the survey questions. They will receive a mail with their response, to which they can reply and have an anonymous conversation.
We’re confident that Vantage Pulse 2.0 will help organizations empower their workforces more efficiently than ever before. We’re committed to continually improving the product and delivering new features and enhancements that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
