The Next-Generation Service Yearbook

We are excited to share some fantastic new additions and enhancements to our product, the Next Generation Service Yearbook!

The Service Yearbook was created to celebrate and recognize the tenure and accomplishments of employees who have dedicated years to their company. It’s also a great morale booster, encouraging others to strive for longevity and success within the organization.

With this update, we’ve introduced new features that make celebrating your colleagues’ and employees’ work anniversaries even more fun and memorable.

1. Coffee Table Book Experience

First, we’ve introduced a brand-new yearbook-style UI that makes browsing and searching for your colleagues’ work anniversaries more intuitive and enjoyable. The new design lets you easily flip through pages, explore different sections, and gain a clearer view of your colleagues’ achievements and contributions.

2. Interactive Stickers

Second, we’ve added a variety of new stickers to help you personalize your messages. Whether you want to add a touch of humor or show appreciation in a unique way, our sticker collection has you covered. With a wide range of options to choose from, you can make each message truly special.

3. 3D Badges

Next, we’ve introduced 3D badges for a more realistic and dynamic look compared to 2D badges. These 3D badges use shading, lighting, and textures to create a visually appealing and attention-grabbing experience.

4. Personalized Memories

When an image is associated with a memory, it can serve as a cue to help recall the memory later. A service yearbook with images can help build a sense of community among employees by showcasing their shared experiences and accomplishments. 

It can serve as a record of the people, places, and events that shaped the organization during their tenure. This can be especially important for long-serving employees who have witnessed significant changes and growth within the company.

5. Text Wizard

Last but not least, we’ve introduced an AI-powered message generator tool to help you create personalized messages for your colleagues. This tool uses the values you enter for your colleagues as inputs and generates custom messages tailored to their individual profiles. This feature saves you time and effort in crafting the perfect message while still maintaining a personal touch.
